I have a very similar question to this one (and the ones of Ray in
previous threads titled "How to get started?"), as I am discovering
Topcased and wishes to spend some time for exercising it, after having
only read or heard about it.

More specifically, my question is:

where can be found the practical information to guide interested people
in a *systematical way* for the "evaluation" of Topcased (as a whole)?

Is there a kind of "Topcased for Dummies" ;-)) ?

My interest is not for getting a full tutorial of each tool, but rather
to have a guiding example / a "case study" to follow from beginning to
end, in a [hopefully] simple yet complete and representative *process*
of development of a [supposed to be] "critical application"?

Related to that, in DASIA2008 abstracts, the paper about Topcased
mentions the following:

"In order to structure all methods and tools developed by TOPCASED in a
coherent and consistent framework, technical tasks are dedicated to
define a reference process based on model-driven engineering and
compatible with all TOPCASED application domains (Aeronautics, Space and
Automotive)."

I am not sure where to find this. Has this structuring "reference
process" already be defined and documented somewhere? It sounds indeed
like a possible guiding rope for the guided tour on Topcased.

Thanks for your feedback and any wisdom for helping in the [efficient]
discovery of Topcased!

Bernard
