Hi Michel,
Ecore Editor is still present ! but not as a specific TOPCASED editor.
It has been contributed 8 monts ago by TOPCASED consortium to the
Eclipse Modeling project and is now part of the Ecore Tools component.
It is now based on GMF.
Just right click on the "models" directory of your TOPCASED project and
request "Ecore diagram" and you will get this editor.
