Hi Marty,I think it's normal that you can't select the 'DataType' from Value Properties if this DataType doesn't have a predefined value.
Actually, I have a question: You set the 'Defining Feature' property without problems in your slot, don't you? And then you try to set the value property.
Your problem is trying to set the value of "tipo2", you have no choices when you open the dialog?
I have made the same diagrams and I can select the value of "tipo2" and "tipo3" without creating manually in uml.
