Actually we have same requests for Astrium/CNESS regarding Activity diagrams

Until these improvements are performed, everything shall be done using the UML
node tree (outline), by adding value pins and literals for each of your
operation parameters

Hi,
In my activity diagram I have a CallOperationAction action which calls
a operation.
This operation, as defined in the block definition diagram has a
boolean return type and takes two string input parameters. I have the
following questions :-
1) For the model to be valid the CallOperationAction of the activity
diagram should have 3 input pins, right ?
One representing the target and the other two representing the two
input parameters. However though i have 1 input pin (as target) the model
appears to be valid in topacased. Please refer the screenshot attached.
2) How do I specify a value pin in SysML. I dont see any option to add
a value pin to any Action.
Please correct me if any of my assumptions are wrong.
