Not really. This will be done in a few weeks after next technical
committee (detailed list of FR and bugs implemented or planned to be
implemented).
To give a first overview, 3.0.0 will essentially bring some improvments
: bug fixes concerning SysML, gendoc, web site and documentation.
Concerning new features, available work exists concerning:
- generic model transformation from any element to other element
(for instance from OpaqueAction to CallBehaviourAction in activity
diagram)
- generic requirement import from documents
- Traceability between upper and current requirements (as it exists
in SAM)
- New model editor for abstract User Interface (coming from
research projet http://www.usixml.org/index.php?mod=pages&id=47)
But we can not ensure today that they will all be
in the 3.0.0 release as there is complex work concerning Eclipse 3.5
integration (new UML and EMF APIs...).

Parametric diagram has been improve since and will come with the next
Topcased 3.0
-in the BDD if I create a composite relation from Block1 to the
constraint Sum a 'normal' property 'sum' is added to Block1. So, in the
parametric diagram of Block1, I can't reuse the 'sum' property as a
constraint one, but I have to create a new constraint property for
Block1. Also I have to create all the internal properties of the
constraint to align it with the Sum declaration.

-in the parametric diagram for Block1 I would like to refer properties
of owned blocks, for instance 'block2.a' and 'block3.b' to link them to
