Not yet, but feel free to open a feature request about it.
Concerning the UML profile, it should not be hard to realize such a
profile. Just follow the UML editor tutorial (available on
www.topcased.org) and within a few minutes, you will be able to create
your own "SysmlActivity" profile to do that.

Hello,
Is there any plan to have sysml activity diagram (with control operator
for example) in topcased? I've not been able to find a bug or feature
request about that. Is there any UML Profile to achieve that?
