I saw, internal activities doesn't mean only 'do activity' but it mean
'entry activity', 'do activity' and 'exit activity'.
'entry activity' : executed in the entry of the state.
'do activity' : executed during the state
'exit activity' : executed in the exit of the state.
Only this three behaviors are possible in a state, each behavior with
many actions.
If you want to add several activities in the state, i suggest to you to
create an activity in the 'do activity' and several callBehaviorAction
in parallel flows , that refers to the others activities.
If you are talking about the figure 15.32 in the UML specification,
"character / handleCharacter" and "help / displayHelp" are internal
transitions, with a trigger and an effect.

Hi Sam,
I'm not agree with you when you say that UML Specifications allows
multiple (do) activities in the same state.
I had read that :
• doActivity: Behavior[0..1]
An optional behavior that is executed while being in the state. The
execution starts when this state is entered, and stops
either by itself or when the state is exited whichever comes first.
{Subsets Element::ownedElement}
in the chapter §15.3.11 of UML specification 2.2 (09-02-02.pdf).
With the multiplicity [0..1], it seems that maximum one doActivity is
allowed.Then, Topcased doesn't allow that for UML/SysML.
