Many thanks for the answer. I'll have a look on TopCase 3.0. But I'm afraid the 
behavior hereunder is not the one I'm interessed in. 
Fom my TopCased 2.5.0, when I create a new UML model and imprt primitive types 
into that model, entries appear under additionnal resources; one example of 
such an entry is pathmap://UML_LIBRARIES_/UMLPrimitiveTypes.library.uml. None 
of those entries can be modified through my model editor : they are read only. 
This is the behavior I would like to have for loaded resources.
I check on TopCased 3.0
