What is your version of Acceleo ?
I advice you to use the 2.6 version with Eclipse 3.5.
Let me know if you still have the problem with acceleo 2.6.

Did your generation work before yesterday ?
display_diagram has been changed yesterday to manage EObject instead of
uml.Element.
But it shouldn't be a problem for existing document generation.
