I think you have not installed acceleo plugins in your eclipse.the
update site is :
http://www.acceleo.org/update
Many components are necessary for topcased, you could see the
instalation guide at this link :
http://gforge.enseeiht.fr/docman/view.php/52/3003/Installation%20Guide%20v2.pdf
or, you can use the Topcased RCP.
The Topcased bookmarks file
will be modified for the next release, but you can replace this two
lines in your file for galileo update sites.

I have also downloaded the Topcased bookmarks file in xml format but
this file contains update sites for Ganymede and not Galileo. Is it
possible to just change the Ganymede specific entries in this file to
point to Galileo instead?
