Yes it works!

I checked the xmi of the uml model and I found how data are stored :-)

We are evaluating Topcased, if it will be our final choice there are chances
that some contributions may be made ;)

Oggetto: Re: [Topcased-users] user code in uml editor

Hi Enrico,
in fact OCL is the only implemented language for syntax recognition and
contextual auto completion
but you can click on the Combo box, replacing OCL by C (or C++), typing your
code in the text, and clicking on ADD.
When you select again your operation the combo contains now the field C (or C++)

PS : the syntax recognition and auto completion can be dynamically added using
an eclipse extension point. If you have time you can contribute to manage it ;)

Hi all,

I need to add some user code (specifically C++ code) to a topcased model, but I
don't understand very well the correct way to do such a thing.

So far I found a "Behavior" tab (that is a sub tab of "Advanced") into
Operation's properties with two fields: "Language" and "Body". It appears to be
the right way to do what I need, but the problem is that the only allowed
language is OCL.

Is this the right way to add some user code to the model or am I missing
something? If this is the right way, how can I specify C++ code?

Thanks

Enrico
