I'm trying to install Topcased 3.1.0 in Eclipse Galileo using Software
Update, but I'm getting the following error message:
Network connection problems encountered during search.
Unable to access "http://download.eclipse.org/galileo/releases/";.

I have imported the Topcased sites from xml file reported in the
Topcased installation guide. It seems that the Eclipse update site is
down or wrong.
I've tried some days ago and today reporting the same error.
