Seems to be a bug as namespaces should avoid this issue.
Can you please open a bug for this ?
If we can not fix it easily we will provide a "rename" feature to
automate renaming.

The solution I found is to rename (manually!) all relationships (e.g.
Refine, Dependency, Satisfy...) in order to avoid double numbering
(e.g. Satisfy1 is present in two packages).
Is
there a way to solve this boring problem in an other way?
