Sorry for the incomplete previous mail.
You can look at the plugin org.topcased.gendoc.templates.requirement.

There is an extension (org.topcased.gendoc.model2docbook.docGenerators) for UML. You need to add the same for SysML.

Then, I think you can use the template elements_requirements to display it with attributes. Here an example of tag from a document template:

<gendoc:generatedFragment template='elements_requirements' name='001' model='myModel' container='Package1'/>
