Hi Peter,
Did you post your issue on Eclipse EMFCompare forum ? This is probably
the place where you get the great chance to get immediate support for
model comparison.
Concerning the stack trace you sent, I'm afraid that it can not help as
it indicates a NPE in Eclipse UML2 component and not in TOPCASED or
Acceleo components.
Would you have a model to send ? It might come from specific characters
in the model ...

I'm new here but not new to Topcased.
I now tried to run comparisions of models which are CVS controlled.
Only very seldom I succeeded in getting the comparision window. In the
majority of my trials I only get an error message window and stack
traces in the log but Topcased is hanging then and only can be killed.

I'm using Topcased 3.2.0 on Windows XP Pro.
