Hi Peng,
did you install the experimental packaging? normally the first start of
the platform asks this question : you have to answer "yes" to get the
code generator as it is an experimental feature currently.

link may be wrong, or you may not have the corresponding product
feature installed. This online help only includes documentation for
features that are installed. "
Do I need any other needed
dependencies if I already got the RCP bundles?
