anyway, when you have create a new uml profile file, you create your stereotypes using the palette you create your metaclass using the palette, you define extension using the palette between a stereotype and a metaclass you save and say yes to definition. You open the model where you want to apply the profile, you do "load resource ..." action (right click on a model in outline) you select your uml profile fileyou select your profile or a package and in property view, you have a section allowing you to apply profile.
