I think you should take time to understand what you want to do.

In your case it's the same as previously. You can't in TOPCASED define associations graphically. So for your stereotypes, create Properties (with the palette) and set the type of your property with the desired meta class or a specific stereotype

example
with palette : Metaclass Signal
Stereotype Milestone
    with palette : property progress / type = Integer
    with palette : property signal / type = <<MetaClass>> Signal

Are you okay with this fact: for each agregation, association, composition in Profile diagram, you create a property typed with your element target of the association ?

In other diagrams example Class diagram you can create agregation/composition ... like this :
