You should try to install Acceleo 2.7.0 (via
*http://www.acceleo.org/update/ )
<http://www.acceleo.org/pages/installation-d-acceleo-via-l-update-site/fr>*to
satisfy the missing dependency.
Topcased 3.X requires the former version of Acceleo and not yet the
Eclipse one.

I am trying to install Topcased on Fedora 13 x86_64 and I keep running
into the following issue:
I am trying to install using the available software function in the
help menu of Eclipse, using the latest x86_64 build downloaded from
the Eclipse site:
eclipse-SDK-3.5-linux-gtk-x86_64.tar.gz
I performed an update on this after it was installed.
I followed the suggestion here to try to install topcased:

I used the following URL for the repository:

When I try to install the Topcased toolkit, I get the following errors:
Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could
not be found.

(org.topcased.sam.feature.group 3.4.0.v201005211042)
Missing requirement: Requirement Extension for SAM
3.4.0.v201005211042 (org.topcased.requirement.sam 3.4.0.v201005211042)
requires 'bundle fr.obeo.acceleo.ecore 0.0.0' but it could not be found
Cannot satisfy dependency:

I already installed the Acceleo plugins in their latest version, but
it still trows this error. I have searched online for a solution, but
I am nowhere nearer finding one.
I would like to get this sorted so I can move off running Topcased in
a 32 bit VM.
I have included at the end my Eclipse configuration from the about dialog.
