Dear Jamel,
sure it is planned for July the 23rd and will be called Topcased 4.0.0
(next major release following the Eclipse train).
We have to work on a roadmap and share it with the community (it is in
the todo list). We hope to be able to deliver soon such a roadmap, for
4.0.0 but also for 4.1.0 (end of september) and 4.2.0 (end of november).
