[Topcased-users] TOPCASED 4.0.0 has been released

Hi everybody,

TOPCASED 4.0.0 is now available.
It is based on the latest Eclipse 3.6 platform (Helios).

You can download the RCP version, features and the relase note at the following link :

You can also install TOPCASED 4.0.0 from the update-site
