Hi Sabine,
The ecore editor you are talking about was the previous version of ecore tools (org.topcased project).
The project has been migrated to Eclipse as Ecore Tools project and it is still packaged in TOPCASED 4.0.0

Hi everyone,

in the book "QVT Relations Language" (Siegfried Nolte, ISBN 978-3-540-92170-7) is explained how to use Topcased to model Ecore-diagrams. Also some papers (i.e. http://www.openarchitectureware.org/pub/documentation/4.0/t20_topcasedEcoreEditor.pdf) refer to Topcased capabilities to model ecore. I'm wondering why this feature is only available until version 1.4.0. In following versions the org.topcased.modeller.ecore*.jar seems to be removed. What was the reason for removing it? Is there a way to model ecore diagrams in current version 4.0.0?

Thanks,
Sabine
