Hello,I think this is cause by a wrong output path format, in the options you pass to launch the transformation. For instance, if you launch the transformation through the "main" method of the java class generated by an ATL plugin, you have to use that kindd of paths: file:/<path> (e.g. file:/D:/eclipse/workspace/mmproject/sample_metamodel.ecore)
