Hi,
TOPCASED Requirement manager feature 4.1.0 does not include this import
capability (I check the feature content).
Requirement import capability has dependencies to Gendoc plugins
(org.topcased.document.parser, org.topcased.doc2model.parser) that why
this feature was not included into the Requirement feature.
So, to solve your problem, try to install 'Topcased Experimental' to get
'org.topcased.requirement.import.document' plugin and 'Gendoc' to get
'org.topcased.document.parser' and 'org.topcased.doc2model.parser' plugins.
