- Did you install the rich text feature through the market place ?
- Can you copy your tag declaration to a notepad and paste without formatting 
the content from the notepad to your doc ?

Dear Tristan,
I tried but nothing has changed..if I look at document.xml I can also
find that richText tag is included in the document while I was
expecting not to find it.
