Folks: I am a first time user of Topcased (and SysML). I think I am simply missing a few points to get started on a project. I have read the "Quick Start Editor Tutorial" and have gotten a start on my project but some help on the Topcased Implementation of SysML and UML would be a great help. When I go to the "Help >> Help Contents >>Topcased Users Guide >> SysML Tools" I get the following message

This online help only includes documentation for features that are installed. Do I have something setup incorrectly or do these items not exist?
