I think there is some weird problem with handling resources (i.e.) content from a different file in topcased sysml and uml. I have just reported how the content of an uml model has been emptied without even me realizing. The file was not open but I was working on a different file that used the uml file as a resource (gendoc).
Today I have noticed the the content of an sysml profile that I have created and which is in my workspace has been silently emptied, while I was working and having problems with another sysml model from my workspace. Of course after it happened all the models that refer to that profile started complaining. I did have a copy of that profile in a zip so I just copied over the empty one and everything was fine again. In both cases only the model file (uml, sysml) was emptied and affected nut not the corresponding di file (umldi, sysmldi). This happened before but I thought I was negligent or on drugs. I know for sure that is not the case now. There isn't much more I can tell you as I don't know when it happens I find only after a while.
