Hello Stefan, You are right : Topcased targets software intensive systems. Most tools are dedicated to System (SysML, SAM, AADL) or software development (UML, AUI, etc.), but at least one prototype has been implemented for hardware, supporting xHDL edition and verification. Unfortunately, we lack interested parties for some time now on this topic, and the development of these tools is therefore stalled.
