What I understood : - UML2 and SysML editors will be provided by Papyrus MDT project, which is an eclipse plugIn - Topcased project will still exists to provide tools like Requirement, Gendoc2, Scripting I hoppe that an unique bundle RCP application will be still avalaible and that code generation and reverse engeenering will be kept in future versions. I think your article is speaking about the merge of TOPCASED-UML2 and TOPCASED-SysML into MDT Papyrus editors, which will become the official TOPCASED UML/SysML editors.
