Good day, I am running Topcased 4.3.0 and I added Gendoc2 RichText 1.3.0, on a Windows machine.
I am trying to use rich text for documentation purpuses. I added for instance <strong>my text</strong> to a use case documentation, using the editor (I did not write the tags myself). I generate the docx file, which works. The template contains the line: <richText>[u.getDocumentation()/]</richText> (u being a use case). When I try to open the file with Word 2007, I receive an error: "The Office Open XML file myFile_generated cannot be opened because there are problems with the contents." The details show: "Unspecified error Location: Part: /word/document.xml, Line: 508, Column: 44" Any idea how to fix this? Yvan. P.S. I tried opening the file with OpenOffice or Word 2011 on a Mac.
