Hello, Thanks Tristan, I found how make a SysML profile.
The procedure can probably help someone :
It's important to be in papyrus perspective.
1) In project explorer, create a new Papyrus model
1.1 Choose the Profil type
1.2 Choose to apply a UML profile
1.3 Click on finish button for close this wizard
2) Open model explorer of this profile
2.1 Make a right click on this profile, and click on the first item ("Import
profile from registered profile")
2.2 In this new window, select SysML item and a window will open for choose the
profile to apply
2.3 Choose every profile of SysML.
2.4 A package import appears in model explorer
3) Now, it's possible to select a element in this tree, for example a block
3.1 it's possible to extend a stereotype of this element
4) In project explorer, create a diagram SysML
4.1 Select the diagram, open this view properties and choose the tab profile.
4.2 Click on the button add a profile and select the profile created in step 3.
4.3 Add an element for example a block in this model and in this view
properties choose the profile tab .
4.4 Click on the button add a profile and select the stereotype created for
this element.

Hi Carole,
A profile for SysML in MDT Papyrus is exactly the same as a profile for UML.
In MDT Papyrus SysML is implemented as a profile and this normally allows you
to make all you want from an UML File.
What kind of Stereotype do you want to create ? We may help you to define it.

Dear Topcased Team ,
I try to do a SysML profile in the TOPCASED 5.0.0 platform with MDT Papyrus.
This doesn't work, I can just make UML profile.
I try to apply the user guide of papyrus but I didn't succeed to do that. How I
can do ?
