Hy,

In fact there is a tip to display the first condition.

I am not sure that the following way is " a modelizing way" but the condition is displayed.

1) creates the Combined fragment
2) choose alternative as interaction operator
3) add an interaction operand in the combined fragment
4) in outline windows, right clitck on the interaction operand and add a guard
5) an interaction constraint is created
6) right click on the constraint and create a specification of type literal string
7) go to the advanced parameters of this literal string
8) fill the value

And this value is displayed in the interaction operand.

Easy no ?

And IF ... THEN ... ELSE is so new in computer technology that's maybe normal that a such modelisation is not intuitive.

No, topcased is a wonderful tool however some time quite complex :)
The point is that papyrus documentation displayed screens which are not topcased screens so this is a little confusing.

Hi Bernard,

Does some one know how to display the first condition in an alternative
fragment ?

I mean something like :
[x>0]
or
[list not empty]

The beginning should be to select the interaction operand of the
alternative frament, to create a guard and after ?

AFAIK it is not possible with the 'former topcased' editors. It it possible with the new papyrus editors though.

HTH,

Klaas
