In "objects" category you should normally find "property" and "operation" tools. Just use them to add properties and methods in your class. I am starting to use Topcased (4.3.0) and its UML class diagrams - but I don't see a way how to add methods or properties to UML class diagram classes. I can add only constraints (OCL) in the properties pane of class elements. Maybe methods and properties are not supported at all?
