I don't remember why this choice has been made, but to create activities you have to use Right click from the outline and create child. Why is there no activity available in control tools ? cf paragraph 12.3.4 of specfication Is it strange because the activity parameter is available in object tools, but what can we do with an activity parameter without activity ? I know that object node is an abstract activity node, although in the spectification there are examples with object nodes and a notation is given in the specification. Why topcased team choose to not put object node in the object tools ?
