Hello Alex, I work with Papyrus and MARTE profile. The only thing that you have to do is to apply the profile on your model. For example, you can create a Papyrus project, open the Papyrus perspective and go to "Model Explorer". There, you select the model package and in Properties go to "Profile", press the botton "Apply registered Profile" on "Profile Application". Then, you see a window with a list. At this list, you find MARTE and you click OK, and then you have a new window with the MARTE profile and you can choose the profile section that you want to work. If you don't know, just check the first one (MARTE package)
And that is all!!!! Now, you can work with the MARTE Profile on your model. I hope that it helps you.
