Maybe you open the .uml file, this set the .umldi file as read only.

Therefore I found the tutorial at www.topcased.org<http://www.topcased.org>. Generation of the model works fine. But I am not able to drag any element from the model onto a diagram. I tried the old Topcased diagram and also the new papyrus diagrams. But there is always the prohibition sign shown as cursor so I cant drop any element. Is there some hint, to get Java2Uml working?
