I have the same problem, and unfortunately haven't solved it yet (see the post "[Topcased-users] Gendoc2 Trouble on Linux Platform" a few days ago)... It seems it is linked the way Gendoc2 has been compiled (and, in my case, I thought it was due to the fact that I created my Topcased Platform starting from the x86_64 Indigo release and updated from Topcased repository)...
