Hello, there's another question I encountered now, please bear with me. :)
Anyway, I'm currently trying to build a menu's structure with help of a state machine diagram. So I have a state machine "menu" in which several menu options are circled (submenu 1, submenu 2, submenu 3, etc.). But all of those submenus contain more options (sub-submenus you could call them). In order to not overload a single diagram, I'd like to split this up into several diagrams, similar to how it's possible with internal block diagrams (model a part, model its residing parts as black boxes, and then make another ibd for each black box). I can do this by simply creating another state machine diagram and adding hyperlinks, but I feel that the model would be faulty then. So I'm basically looking for a way to transform an already existing state in a stm into another state machine diagram. I'm not trying to generate code out of my work, all of it is currently only used for visualization purposes, so a faulty model which looks right wouldn't be a problem, but I'd still prefer to keep my model correct. Any ideas? As always, thanks for all answers!
