If you select the AADL perspective, you should get the AADL v2
property sets in the "Plugin_Resources"
If they are not there, you can create them with the menu "Create
Predeclared Properties" in the AADL Navigator
However, nothing is required at that level to use the Behavior Annex
note that if you installed OSATE 2 from a TOPCASED distribution, it
is better to uninstall OSATE 1
to check that you are actually using OSATE2, you can simply create a
new AADL Project and edit a new file with AADL v2 constructs
