Even if I did not fix the problem, thanks to eclipse help I could restore a previous version of my .sysmldi file (see http://help.eclipse.org/juno/index.jsp?topic=%2Forg.eclipse.platform.doc.user%2FgettingStarted%2Fqs-55.htm).
