I have the same problem.
For me the solution depends on SysML specification:
SysML specification requires cardinality for an association between an
Actor and a use case ?
If the answer is "yes" the "management" of the association must show
cardinality (At this moment cardinalities are not shown).
If the answer is "no", the properties cardinality must not be shown in
the property tab when creation an association (At this moment
cardinalities are shown).
