Hi Lucas, In order to identify if the issue comes from TOPCASED, Papyrus or Eclipse UML2 projects, we need to know if you have same issue with using UML only (not diagrams).
Can you open your .uml file with Eclipse UML2 editor (right click and choose this editor ) and then try to apply your profile and your stereotypes? Tell us if it works or not. It will tell us if the issue already exists at UML level or comes from Papyrus or TOPCASED levels.
