deb.torproject.org is a rotation of servers for mirroring purposes. We
don't control all of them, therefore putting a cert on them isn't a good
idea. There are other ways to get the repositories, like appending
nyud.net to the domain. However, this won't stop keyword filtering from
blocking the words "tor project".
