Great, I'll be looking into the deb installer changes we discussed on irc
after this release and if there's anything else I can do to better
accommodate the torouter then let me know. :)
Btw, a "startup.cookie" option shouldn't be required unless this is a very
old version of arm. It uses the PROTOCOLINFO response to automatically
detect that it needs to do cookie auth.
