The theme is split into two packages, `gnome-themes-standard` which
contains the `libadwaita.so` engine, and `gnome-themes-standard-data`
which contains the assets. The code was more forgiving about the shared
object being missing than the assets (as in, it would log, but continue),
while if the assets were missing it would bail out.
I think for the theme to work properly, both packages should be installed,
but as of master any combination of none, just the shared object, just the
assets, and both should work, with "both" being preferred.
