As usual, I am leaving it to the directory authority operators to reach
their decisions on whom they want to vote with. Once Nick's dirauth is
regularly voting with the others and signing the same consensus documents,
we can add the appropriate lines to config.c.
(Note also -- I am not the same nickm as Nick Merrill; I am a different
nickm.)
