Yes, the problem only happens when RunAsDaemon is set.
What happens is that, when RunAsDaemon is set, the relative paths are
relative to the DataDirectory but when RunAsDaemon is not set, they are
relative to the tor starting directory.
I tried to fix the issue by making the relative paths always relative to
the tor starting directory.
