Sorry, I was wrong. Notifications in 1-on-1 chat seem to work. But when
someone mentions my name in group chat I receive no notification.
However, Tor Messenger sees the difference:
Normal message in group chat: red name of group chat
Message the mentions me in group chat: blue name of group chat
