It's quite likely that the issue of this ticket is the bridge-case of
#21969 (aka #22325) since IIUC the fix is still not merged in 0.3.0 .
At least the first log of this ticket definitely includes `We're missing
descriptors for some of our primary entry guards` not sure what's going on
with the other logs.
