In Vidalia, under Settings/Sharing and Bridge option (Help censored
users...), tab: Bandwidth Limits. The textboxes for entering avg. and max
bandwidth rate is squeezed down to a few pixels.
Workaround is to set limits under different relay option.
Reproduceable on OSX Lion, 10.7.2.
